Payment Policy

All payments must be completed at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout, such as credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, or other listed options. All transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP £).

Financial information is protected through encryption and processed by secure payment intermediaries. Velthor does not store full credit card details. Once payment is confirmed, customers will receive an order confirmation email. Orders will not be processed if payment authorization is declined.
