Velthor works with international suppliers to offer functional and accessible products worldwide. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. The estimated delivery time to the United Kingdom is 7 to 14 business days. For other European countries, delivery may take between 7 and 16 business days, and for other international destinations between 10 and 20 business days. Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, seasonal demand, or logistical delays beyond our control.

Once the order has been shipped, customers will receive a tracking number by email. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or returned shipments. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
