Return And Refund Policy

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with UK consumer protection standards. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Used products, items damaged due to misuse, or final sale items may not be eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

If a customer receives a defective or incorrect item, they must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement or a refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
